Hello, everybody, and welcome to Business Life Hacks. In this episode, we’re talking about: buyer psychology, and what you can do to help your customers choose you over your competition.

And this is based off of some new findings that Google has come out with about buyer psychology, which adds layers of depth to our own process at JMarketing of building systems for our clients that leverage psychology of buyer behavior to influence buyer psychology and lead customers from the awareness stage all the way through to the sale.

In the beginning of this process, the buyer becomes aware of your brand and at the very end, they buy; they make a purchase. But what happens in that middle process is a messy, nonlinear process. It’s a lot messier than most people think about.
